Beth currently teaches Nutrition for Pearl River Community College and Basic Herbal Medicine and Holistic Nutrition for Australasian College of Health Science. Based on your
medical history, lifestyle and present state of health, she can design a specific daily
routine for the purpose of restoring proper well being. Together with you and your
physician, she can not only help you set specific health goals but can also help you reach
those goals through proper exercise, relaxation techniques, stress reduction, a
traditional diet and a individualized routine designed specifically for you. Beth can work with your physician or alone to provide counseling in complementary and alternative medicine including vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements. Some over the counter supplements should not be taken with certain medications and health conditions. By carefully reviewing all aspects of your health, she can assist you in increasing your overall well being by providing you with the information necessary to make vital improvements. Instead of
sending you home with a piece of paper and a handshake. She will assist you as in
developing and achieving your individual health goals. Ongoing counseling and management
is necessary to accomplish most goals. Beth will be available to assist you throughout
your program and beyond.
